Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule Online appointments, please contact me within 24hours, refunds will not be issued. I can reschedule upon availability. So please be mindful that the time zone is Mountain Standard Time, you will automatically be scheduled for your time zone. If you are a no show, a refund will not be issued. Collective gatherings are for large corporate settings and will require a 30% deposit and is non refundable. Family and Friends you have 48 hours prior to appointment to cancel, reschedule or make any changes. Please be advised readings and counseling is a spiritual journey, signs and synchronicities, don't always happen right away, it all depends where you are at spiritually, if you have distractions and how open your heart is et. et. Mediumship readings are from your loved ones and spiritual guides and sometimes have messages that you may not want to hear. I will ask your permission, if it is a difficult subject. Things will come in that maybe health related, I can see the energy around it, I do not advise you on what you should do, but I will see pictures of what is recommended and what the energetic cause is. Oracle Cards Readings are used with the assistance of cards only. Weekly readings are one reading per week, a total of four and is Audio only.
